Bonnie Gail Elliott

Bonnie Gail Elliott, 76, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away at 2:43 AM, Friday, June 8th, 2018 at Ridgewood Health Campus in Lawrenceburg, IN. Bonnie was born in Cincinnati, OH on March 1, 1942, a daughter of the late Edith (Schwab) and Ivan Wullner. She grew up in the Lawrenceburg community and was a graduate of Lawrenceburg High School, Class of 1960. She kept in close contact with her classmates and looked forward to getting together with them as often as she could. Bonnie was a member of the Rising Sun United Methodist Church. Bonnie married the love of her life, Larry G. Elliott on February 7th, 1960 at the Hamline Chapel United Methodist Church in Lawrenceburg. Bonnie and Larry were married over 52 years until his passing on August 24th, 2012. Bonnie and Larry loved to travel, especially to Hawaii. Bonnie also enjoyed photography and raising flowers.

Bonnie is survived by a daughter, Tonda Wagoner, of Fishers, IN; by a son, Dennis Elliott and wife Angie, of Rising Sun, IN; by three granddaughters, Shelby Cole and husband Joe, of Rising Sun, IN; Sydney Elliott, of Rising Sun, IN and Macy Elliott, of Rising Sun, IN; by 2 grandsons, Dan Wagoner, of Indianapolis, IN and Marc Wagoner, of Fishers, IN; by a brother, Bill Wullner and wife Shirley, of Lawrenceburg, IN.

Visitation will be from 9 AM till 11 AM on Thursday, June 14th at the Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM on Thursday with Rev. Laura McDonald officiating. Burial will be at Rising Sun New Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Rising Sun United Methodist Church or Our Hospice of Jennings County. Cards are available at the funeral home.
