Marian Jean Curry, 60, of Batavia, OH, passed away at 12:30 AM, Sunday, May 13th, 2018 at her residence. Marian was born in Milan, IN on March 27, 1958, a daughter of the late Marilyn (Garrod) and Howard Liddell. She was a graduate of William Henry Harrison High School, Class of 1976. Marian was the wife of Donald Lynn Curry. Marian and Lynn were married on January 23, 1988 at the Methodist Church in Harrison, OH. She worked as a nuclear waste specialist at Fluor BWTX in Portsmouth, OH. Marian was a member of the Clough Pike Baptist Church in Batavia, OH. She was a former member and Sunday School Teacher at the Rising Sun Nazarene Church. Marian was a lifetime member of the NRA. Marian enjoyed riding her motorcycle and spending time with her family.
Marian is survived by her husband, Donald Lynn Curry, of Batavia, OH; by four daughters, Lora Curry, of Gilbert, AZ; Megan Kincart (Max), of Burlington, KY; Misty Weiss (David), of Lawrenceburg, IN and Nena Curry, of Beechmont, OH; by two sons, Johnny Hensley, of Lawrenceburg, IN and Joshua Curry, of Newtown, OH; by grandchildren; Briana, Deklynn, Zion, Julian, Kamryn, Elijah, Maddox, Ella & Brogan; by
two sisters, Barbara Acra (Bill), of Harrison, OH and Kathy Henry, of Harrison, OH; by a brother, Bruce Liddell (Nina), of Scottsdale, AZ; and by her special pet, Harley. She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother Kenny Liddell.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Thursday, May 17th at the Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN with Chris McBeath officiating. Friends are invited to call Wednesday 5-8 PM at Markland Funeral Home. Burial will be at Gibson Cemetery in Bright, IN.
