Sharon Diane (Smith) Dawson

Our family sadly lost our matriarch on Monday, October 15, as Sharon “Diane” Dawson passed away. She will be greatly missed. Diane lived a fulfilling life as a mother, grandmother, sister, wife and friend. Diane's legacy is her four children: Robin (Les), Stephanie, Kerri (Russ), and Korey (Melanie). She is also survived by two brothers, Steve and Kim, and her mother, Inez. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Paul Wesley Barbour. She has 6 grandchildren: Derek, Ethan, Seth, Leah, Autumn and Lucy, as well as her faithful Yorkie, Beau. In keeping with Diane's nature, the Celebration of Life gathering will be private and for immediate family only. Those wishing to honor her life can make a donation in her name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
