William "Buck" Gould

William David "Buck" Gould, 74, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away at 5:10 AM, Friday, October 5th, 2018 at Ridgewood Health Campus in Lawrenceburg, IN. Buck was born in Covington, KY on August 27, 1944, a son of the late Florence (Reece) and William  Gould. He was a graduate of Patriot High School, Class of 1964. Buck Married Eileen (Liggett) Gould on June 4th, 1965 in Patriot, IN. Buck and Eileen were married over 53 years. Buck retired from the Aurora Casket Company and also formerly worked at the Alton Box Factory in Aurora, IN. He was a member of the Aberdeen United Methodist Church. Buck like spending time outside and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Spending time with his grandchildren is what he loved most. Buck is survived by his loving wife, Eileen Gould, of Rising Sun, IN; by two daughters, Lisa Coy and husband  Jonathan, of Greensburg, IN and Donna Zerkle, of Rising Sun, IN; by a son, Mark Gould and wife  Rebecca, of Rising Sun, IN; by grandchildren: Brett, Alan, Brooke, Katie, Haley, Kurt, Cory and Dominique and by great grandchildren: Owen, Nora, Benson, Brody and Shae; by two sisters, Shirley Hite and husband  David, of Patriot, IN and Debbie Snyder and husband Gary, of Patriot, IN; by a brother, Joe  Gould, of East Enterprise, IN. Buck was preceded in death by his parents, by a granddaughter, Brittani, and by a great granddaughter, Olivia.
 
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Tuesday, October 9th, at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN with Rev. Roger Parrott officiating. Friends are invited to call Monday 5-8 PM at Markland Funeral Home. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery in Aurora, IN. Memorial donations may be made to Aberdeen United Methodist Church.
