Obituary of Alice Viola (Harsh) Rohrbach, self-composed with light revisions:
Daughter of Albert Chester Harsh Sr. and Myrtle Marie Fair, now deceased. Alice Viola Harsh was born in Greenville, PA on February 26, 1943. She lived in Pennsylvania until 1992 when she moved to Indiana to be near to family. She married Henry (Hank) Rohrbach on December 27, 1963, at Austinburg, OH. He preceded her in death in July of 1989.
Surviving are: 1 son Kevin Rohrbach Sr. and fiancée Rhonda of Aurora, IN; 3 grandchildren, Kevin Rohrbach Jr. and fiancée Becky of Vevay, IN, Kristy Browning and husband Brian of Rising Sun, IN; and Harley Rohrbach and wife Mary of Delhi, OH; great grandchildren Karissa, Brandon, Tyler, Lydia, Isabella, Gabriel, Shelby, Stevie, Isaiah, Haiden, Kendall, Olivia, Laramie, and Renesmae; 1 brother Albert Chester Harsh Jr. and his wife Linda, of Pennsylvania; 1 sister Edna Blair of Greenville, PA; sister-in-law Joan Little of Fredonia, PA.
Preceding in death, is 1 brother, Ralph Wiley who lived in Brownsville, TX when he died, brothers-in-law Michael Heim, Walter Rohrbach, and Dutch Firster; sisters-in-law Ellen Williams and Jean Firster. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
She previously worked at GTI, Polk Center and MCAR while residing in Pennsylvania. In Indiana, she worked at Valeo in Greensburg. Then after becoming disabled, she worked part time for Lifetime Resources managing the Senior Center in Rising Sun. She loved bluegrass and gospel music, singing and playing piano and guitar, and sang often for special music at church. She was a previous member of the Church of the Nazarene in Rising Sun where she taught Adult SS class many years and served on church board. She was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and liked to watch NASCAR. She loved to crochet and made many things for family and friends. She enjoyed sketching and shared with family.
Alice shared a lifetime of love with her family. She likewise enjoyed a lifetime of love through her faith. Alice shared in her personal notes, favorite scriptures:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

No public services to be held. Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to the Rising Sun Church of the Nazarene.
