Brandi Ellen (Eversman) Hendricks

Brandi Ellen (Eversman) Hendricks, 45, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away on Friday, February 28th, 2025 at her home. Brandi was born in Lawrenceburg, IN on January 10, 1980, a daughter of Naomi E. (Strohl) Eversman and Gary W. Eversman. She grew up in Ohio County on the family farm along Laughery Creek and was a graduate of Rising Sun High School, Class of 1998. She was the first in the family to attend college and went to Marion College and graduated in 2002 with an English Degree. Brandi worked for Amazon in Hebron, KY, working hard loading and unloading packages and making sure they were heading where they needed to be. Brandi's passion was helping newborns into the world and was a birthing coach in Northern KY for several years. She developed a strong bond with the families she assisted. Brandi also had a love for animals and enjoyed donating her time to the Red Wolf Sanctuary. Her greatest love was her children and taking care of their needs.

Brandi is survived by her daughter, Neema Hendricks, of Rising Sun, IN; by her son, Gavin Hendricks, of Rising Sun, IN; by her parents, Gary & Naomi Eversman, of Dillsboro, IN; by her sister, Sarah Turner (Nathan), of Lawrenceburg, IN; by her brother, Jacob Eversman (Jennifer), of Franklin County, IN; by her nieces, Ava and Madeleine; by her nephew, Colton and by many other loving family members and friends.
 
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Friday, March 7th, 2025 at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Visitation will be held 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, March 7th at Markland Funeral Home.
