Carolyn Rose (Robinson) Osborne

Carolyn Rose Osborne, 73, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away at 8:26 PM, Sunday, September 5th, 2021 at Envive Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, IN. Carolyn was born in Cincinnati, OH on January 18, 1948, a daughter of the late Beatrice and Aaron  Robinson. Carolyn was a stay at home mom and loved taking care of her family. She was the widow of David L. Osborne who passed away on October 2, 2000. Carolyn enjoyed doing yard work and tending to her flower beds. She also liked taking walks in the woods. Carolyn was happy as long as she was outside. Spending time with her grandbabies was something she loved most. Carolyn is survived by three sons, David Osborne, Jr., of Rising Sun, IN;  Gearold Osborne (Terri), of Rising Sun, IN and  Aaron Osborne, of Florence, IN; by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Carolyn is also survived by a brother, Aaron Robinson (Mary), of Cincinnati, OH and a sister-in-law, Carol Robinson, of CIncinnati, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband David and by her brother Johnny Robinson.
 
Visitation will be held 9:00 to 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 9th at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Graveside Services will immediately follow at Rising Sun New Cemetery. Memorial donations may be to charity of the donor's choice. marklandfuneralhome.com
