Donna Sue Bradley

Donna Sue Bradley, 70, of Rising Sun, passed away August 20, 2026 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Donna was born on March 14, 1956 in Milan, Indiana, a daughter of Lawrence Bradley Jr. and Falba (Woodruff) Bradley. Donna attended school in Rising Sun and was a graduate of the Rising Sun High School Class of 1974, where she made many dear, lifelong friendships. Donna was employed as a supervisor at Monsanto. She was the partner of Lisa Snell for 28 years, with the couple making countless treasured memories together over the years at their beautiful home in Rising Sun. Donna was well known for her kind heart and lively spirit. She was also known for her great love for her animals and spending time outdoors.

Donna is survived by her partner Lisa Snell of Rising Sun, Indiana; mother Falba Bradley of Rising Sun, Indiana; bonus daughter Brook Snell of Rising Sun, Indiana; brother Rick Bradley (and sister-in-law Jill) of Rising Sun, Indiana; niece Summer Powell (and husband Trevor); nephew Jason Bradley (and wife Toni); great nieces and great nephews Nora Powell, Caleb Powell, Cheyanne Bradley, Trenton Bradley, Brayden Bradley, and Jaxson Mosely; as well as 4 great-great nieces.

Donna was preceded in death by her father Lawrence Bradley Jr. 

Services are to be held at the Markland Funeral Home on Friday, August 28th, visitation 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with funeral at 12:00 PM. 

In honor of Donna, memorial donations may be made to the Red Wolf Sanctuary, for the benefit of their animal conservation efforts.
