James Timothy Fehrenbach

James Timothy "Tim" Fehrenbach, 81, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 at The Waters of Rising Sun. Tim was born in Cincinnati, OH on October 8, 1942, a son of the late Dorothy (Steiner) Fehrenbach and Walter F. Fehrenbach. He was a 1961 graduate of Reading High School. Tim worked as an installer at Western Electric in Cincinnati, OH., for over 30 years. He raised and trained race horses for several years. Tim also enjoyed trap shooting and fishing. Tim is survived by his wife, Peggy Fehrenbach, of Rising Sun, IN; by his daughter, Lynda Mercer (Chris), of Fort Myers, FL; by his son, Daniel Fehrenbach (Patty), of San Angelo, TX; by his step daughter, Aimee Bode (Jim), of Milan, IN and by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Tim is also survived by three sisters, Susie Anastario, of Amsterdam, NY;  Patsy Drexler, of Reading, OH and  Betty Lierer, of Cincinnati, OH. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, by a brother, Floyd Fehrenbach and by 2 sisters, Doris Norrish and Charlotte Minges.
 
Funeral services will be 6:00 PM, Monday, September 30th, 2024 at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Visitation will be held 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Monday, September 30th at Markland Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. marklandfuneralhome.com
