Jerald Raymon Belew

Jerald Raymon Belew, 69, of Rising Sun, In passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Dearborn Hospital. Jerald was born August 8, 1953 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Leonard Earl Belew and Jean (Koontz) Belew. Jerald grew up in Price Hill, OH and later made Rising Sun, IN his home. He spent his working years as an Electrical Mechanical Superintendent for Carter Controls and later retired from his line of work to enjoy his life on the river. He was also a member of Concord Community Church. Jerald had a special bond with his niece Nora Leigh and nephew Landen. He spent his free time boating with his loved ones as much as possible, making stained glass art, hiking, playing guitar and listing to music.

Jerald is survived by his brother Bill Belew, nieces; Nora Leigh, Melissa, and Sally; and by his nephews, Joel, Landen, Benjamin, Micha, Terry, Buddy, Leonard, and Joshua. In addition to his parents, Jerald was preceded in death by his brothers, Leonard Belew Jr., and Jerry Belew; and by sisters, Krissy, Pamela Jean Gray, and Della Benz.
