Krystal Gail Rose

Krystal Gail Rose, 34, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away at 6:05 AM, Monday, December 13th, at St. Elizabeth Dearborn, Lawrenceburg, IN. Krystal was born in Benton Harbor, MI on December 28, 1986, a daughter of Kanda Jo (Flood) Spegal and Rex Allen Richards. Krystal attended school at Diamond Oak High School and obtained her GED. Krystal was a stay at home mom. She participated in Celebrate Recovery through the Church on Fire in Harrison, OH and enjoyed shopping, creating Diamond Dots, and spending time with her children and family. 

Krystal is survived by father, Rex Richards of Rising Sun, IN; mother Kanda Spegal of Forest Park, OH; bonus dad Rick Reading of  Dent, OH; son Noah Rose of Rising Sun, IN; daughters Destiny Rose of Rising Sun, IN, Savannah Rose of Rising Sun, IN, and Lily Pardick of Laurel, IN; half brother Robbie Courtney of North Carolina; sisters Lela Schmidt of Rising Sun, IN and Hannah Richards of Texas; aunt and best friend Danielle Hutchinson (Will) of Patriot, IN; nephew Joseph Webb; as well as many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by grandparents, John Richards, Lela Richards, Ruth Starker, and Bobby Flood; and brother-in-law Robert Schmidt.

A public visitation will be held Friday, December 17th, from 11 AM - 1 PM at the Markland Funeral Home. Funeral will be December 17th at 1 PM at the Markland Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Rising Sun New Cemetery. After the services, a meal will be held at the Rising Sun Fire Department. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
