Larry Robert Jackson

Larry Robert Jackson, 60, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 at home. Larry was born in Lawrenceburg, IN on January 29, 1965, a son of Janet Bailey, of Rising Sun, IN and the late Larry G. "Jake" Jackson. Larry grew up in Ohio County and attended Rising Sun High School. He worked as a pipe insulator for ICON & Company in Miamitown, OH. Larry was a member of the Post 59 Sons of the American Legion in Rising Sun where he enjoyed time talking with friends. Larry loved being outside. He liked hunting, fishing and just hiking in the woods.  Larry is  survived by his loving mother, Janet Bailey, of Rising Sun, IN; by his two sisters, Dawn Collins (Daryll), of Mahomet. IL and Holly  Brewington (Joe), of Milan, IN; by his brother, Joey Jackson (Reesa), of Rising Sun, IN; by his brother, Toby Hughes, of Rising Sun, IN and by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members he dearly loved. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Larry "Jake" Jackson, by a brother, Todd Alan Jackson, by grandparents, Bob & Sue Bailey and Irene Jackson.
