Lisa Shinault Frazier, 55, born June 19, 1970, entered into the arms of Jesus on April 17, 2026.
Lisa is survived by her loving mother, Rebecca Shinault; her sisters, Michelle Shinault McGee and Rebekah Shinault; her brothers, Brandon (Keri) Shinault and Ethan (Sarah) Shinault; her nephews, Quinton (Tara) Shinault, Brayden Stubbs, Jonah Shinault, and Jeremy McGee; her stepdaughter, Amanda Davis; her grandchildren, Cameron and Ciara Brown; two great-grandsons; her best friend and sister-in-law, Helen Frazier Laden; and her fur baby, Sebastian.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Shinault (2021), and her beloved husband of 30 years, Vernon Frazier (2023).
Lisa was fiercely loyal to her family. She loved deeply, stood strong in her convictions, and lived life on her own terms. If anyone ever told her she couldn’t do something, she would prove them wrong—she was determined, tenacious, and unforgettable. She had a special love for her pets, especially her dog and cats, and carried a deep love and longing for her husband, whom she missed every day.
When Lisa was diagnosed with cancer, she faced it with courage and determination. She fought hard, never giving up. In the end, her victory was not just in her fight, but in her faith. Lisa was a believer who knew where she was going, and she found peace in the promise that she would be reunited with her husband, her father, and other loved ones in Heaven.
Lisa’s passing leaves a profound emptiness in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Her strength, love, and unwavering spirit will never be forgotten.
Services will be held at Concord Community Church on Saturday, April 25th, visitation 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, with funeral at 11:00 AM.
