Lisa Kay Turner, 56, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away on Monday, January 17th, 2022 at Envive Health Care in Lawrenceburg, IN. Lisa was born in Lawrenceburg, IN on March 4, 1965, a daughter of Dennis Conger, of Morrow, OH and the late Daisy (Hunt) Klopp. She attended school in Rising Sun. Lisa formerly worked at Pri-Pak Inc. in Greendale, IN and at the old Main Street Cafe in Rising Sun. She was the widow of Donald Ray Turner.

Lisa is  survived by her daughter, Kindra Mae Turner (Walter Nowlin), of Greendale, IN; by her grandchildren, Korbin Murrill and Gracie Mae Turner; by her father, Dennis Conger (Dottie), of Morrow, OH; by her stepfather, Gary Klopp, Sr. (Christine), of Lawrenceburg, IN; by four sisters, Evon Sue Bovard (Scharr), of Rising Sun, IN;  Cacinda "Cindee" Scott (Doug), of Rising Sun, IN;  Carla Schwab, of Rising Sun, IN and Merinda Klopp (Bill), of Lawrenceburg, IN; by six brothers, Gary Klopp, Jr., of San Luis Obispo, CA;  Robert Klopp, of Hillsboro, OH;  Tyler Bailey (Natasha), of Hillsboro, OH;  David Conger (Renee), of Dayton, OH;  Trace Conger (Beth), of Cincinnati, OH;  Jay Rhodes (Tonya), of Indianapolis, IN; by her uncle, Bill Gridley, of Rising Sun, IN; by her aunt, Debbie Henry, of Denton, TX and by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by her husband Donald Ray Turner and her son Daniel Lee Turner both in 2013, by her mother, Daisy Mae Klopp in 2018 and by her brother, Gary Gene Klopp in 2020.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Friday, January 28th at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Funeral services will follow at 7 PM at Markland Funeral Home with Eldon Fancher officiating. Memorial donations may be to the family. marklandfuneralhome.com
