Nancy Lee (Kashman) White

Nancy Lee White, 83, of Patriot, IN, passed away on Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 at her residence. Nancy was born in Indianapolis, IN on June 3, 1938, a daughter of the late John and Ruth (Dean) Kashman. She was the youngest of 8 children: Iona Mabel, Kathryn Frances, Rosalie Ann, Norma Jean, John Leroy, Robert Dean, William Edward and Nancy Lee. She grew up in Indianapolis and attended school there. Nancy worked for several years in California as a manager and in market research for the  Rockwell International Corporation which was later acquired by the Boeing Company. Nancy retired to her little farm near Patriot, IN where she enjoyed the country life raising chickens, sheep, miniature horses and donkeys.  She also liked knitting , genealogy, computers and reading.

Nancy is  survived by two sons, Mark Anthony White, of Patriot, IN and  Larry  Allen White (Janel), of Ceresco, NE; by grandchildren, Ashley, Kelsey, Zachary and Nathaniel (Misty) White and by great grandchildren, Christian, Aubree, Devin, Cannon, Jaiden, Merik and Kiara. Nancy is also survived by a brother, Bill Kashman, of Bainbridge, IN.
 
A mass will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Aurora, IN. Memorial donations may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana. Markland Funeral Home of Rising Sun, IN serving the family.
