Pamela Sue Hutchinson

Pamela Sue (Fisk) Hutchinson, 76, of Patriot, IN, passed away September 4, 2025 at the Waters of Rising Sun. Pamela was born on January 31, 1949, a daughter of the late Billy Bob Fisk and Hildred M. “Peggy” (O’Connell). Pam was a graduate of Patriot High School, where she met and later married her high school sweetheart, Richard “Rocky” Hutchinson. The couple was married on March 1, 1968 and enjoyed over 49 years together in marriage until Rocky’s passing on October 1, 2017. Rocky and Pam enjoyed hosting family and friends at their beloved property in Switzerland County, making many wonderful memories over the years. Pam also enjoyed gardening and was known for being excellent at cleaning, and was a big Bengals fan. Pam was elected and employed as Town Clerk for the town of Patriot and served for 28 years in her position. Pam was a member of Patriot Baptist Church.

Pam is survived by sons Richard “ Richie” Lee Hutchinson of Patriot, IN and William “Will” Dale Hutchinson (wife Danielle) of Patriot, IN; grandchildren Justice Bledsoe, Lucas Hutchinson, Olivia Hutchinson, and Ava Hutchinson; great grandchildren Brody Byrd, Cyrus Bledsoe, Bentley Byrd, Warren Bledsoe, and Willa Hutchinson; sisters-in-law Connie Fisk, Linda Fisk, and Betty Shon Hutchinson; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents Billy Bob and Peggy Fisk; husband Rocky Hutchinson; brothers David Fisk and Timothy Fisk; and sister Penny Fisk.

Graveside services will be held Monday, September 8th at 12:00 PM at the Eastview Cemetery in Patriot, IN with Pastor Mike Jones officiating, with meal to follow at Patriot Town Hall.
