Paul Gary Beach, 80, of Rising Sun, IN passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Franciscan Health Indianapolis. Paul was born in Rising Sun, IN on July 11, 1943, a son of the late Hazel Lavina (Liggett) and Forrest Randall Beach. Upon his mother’s early passing, his grandmother Ella Liggett and aunt Erdean Gailey assisted in raising Paul. He was raised in the Rising Sun area and attended school there. He was employed as a truck driver for several years and additionally spent time working at Seagrams and farming. Paul was a major car enthusiast, attending car shows, tinkering, and watching Nascar. He also greatly enjoyed doing yard work and reading.

Paul is survived by daughter Tina Reynolds (Gary) of Rising Sun, IN; son Todd Beach of Ohio; brother Ronald Beach of Rising Sun, IN; sisters Patricia Kinnett (Gary) of Rising Sun, IN and Linda Lampkin of Aurora, IN; grandchildren Alleisha Reynolds (Kris Ott), Quentin Reynolds, Tayden Beach, and Tanner Beach; cousin Eldon Fancher (Charlene) of Rising Sun, IN; as well as several other cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Paul was preceded in death by his father Forrest Randall Beach, mother Hazel Lavina Beach, grandmother Ella Liggett, aunt Erdean Gailey, brother Howard “Sonny” Beach, half brothers Larry Huffner and Bob Huffner, and granddaughter Kara Ann.

Visitation will be held Thursday February 15, 2024 at the Markland Funeral Home from 4:00 – 6:00 PM. Funeral will be Thursday February 15, 2024 at the Markland Funeral Home at 6:00 PM with Eldon Fancher officiating.
