Rhonda Carol Knigga

Rhonda Carol Knigga, 57, of Bear Branch Indiana passed away on September 3, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lawrenceburg Indiana.

Rhonda was born to Gloria Jean and Carrol Dean Knigga on June 18, 1965. She was a life-long resident of Bear Branch Indiana. She graduated from Rising Sun High School in May of 1983.

Rhonda was a Child Care/Preschool Teacher at Cradles To Crayons in Lawrenceburg Indiana for over 15 years. She took great pride in her classroom and the children she cared for in the community. She retired in 2015 to provide child care for family.

Rhonda adored all of her nieces and nephews and took great joy in helping raise them.

She was a voracious reader and a collector of books. She enjoyed all types of music and was an avid Keith Urban fan.

She is survived by her parents, Gloria and Carrol Dean Knigga; brother, Brian Knigga; sister, Kimberly Hess; nieces, Sheena Graham (Brian Graham). Marissa Hess and Kamryn Hess; nephews, Josh Knigga and Jacob Hess; great niece, Annabelle Keaney; great nephews, Jackson Graham, Grayson Graham and Dean Knigga.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, September 9th at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Bear Branch, IN. Memorial donations may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Markland Funeral Home of Rising Sun, IN serving the family. marklandfuneralhome.com
