Robert "Bob" Edward Menke

Robert Edward "Bob" Menke, 67, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away on Friday, July 26th, 2024, at his home. Bob was born in Columbus, OH on April 30, 1957, a son of the late Sonia (Apking) Warren and Robert J. Menke. He was the husband of Diane (Tinker) Menke. Bob & Diane were married on February 25, 2024, but were together over 28 years. Bob retired in December of 2023 from JBM Packing Company in Lebanon, Ohio where he worked as a machinist for 30 years. Bob was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed boating, fishing, camping and rock and arrowhead hunting. Bob loved spending time with his family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife, Diane Menke, of Rising Sun, IN; by his two daughters, Samantha Wilson (John), of Hebron, KY and Melissa Menke Richardson (Andy), of CO; by a son, Todd Tinker (Danielle), of Switzerland County, IN; by his grandchildren, Tristan Tinker and Jack Wilson; by two sisters, Cheryl Warren, of GA and Robin Robertson (Mike), of GA; his cousin Bobby Bierley of FL; and by other family members and many friends. Bob Was preceded in death by his parents and by his grandson Gryffin M. Wilson.
