Ruth Ann Lewis

Ruth Ann Lewis, 81, of Dillsboro, IN, passed away on Saturday, July 13th, 2024 at The Waters of Dillsboro. Ruth was born in Addyston, OH on July 22, 1942, a daughter of the late Catherine M. (Schurr) Lewis and James A. Lewis. She was a graduate of Taylor High School. Ruth is  survived by three sons, Jim Getz, of Florence, IN;  Joe Getz, of Quercus Grove, IN and John Getz, of East Enterprise, IN; by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Ruth is also survived by two sisters, Pat Reuter, of Dillsboro, IN and  Mary Pelcha, of North Bend, OH and by a brother, John Lewis, of Addyston, OH.
 
No public services will be held. Burial will be at Oakdale Cemetery in Dillsboro, IN. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Markland Funeral Home of Rising Sun, IN serving the family. marklandfuneralhome.com
