Vivian Eloise (Gardner) Elder

Vivian Eloise Elder, 81, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away on Friday, February 14th, 2025 at Shawnee Springs Nursing Home in Harrison, OH. Vivian was born in Dearborn County, IN on January 18, 1944, a daughter of the late Edith (Turner) Gardner and Leroy  Gardner. She was a graduate of Moores Hill High School, Class of 1962. She was the wife of William "Bill"  Elder. Vivian and Bill were married on May 10, 2002. Vivian was a beautician and also had worked as a nanny and was an EMT.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Friday, February 21st, 2025 at Olive Branch Cemetery in Bear Branch, IN. Memorial donations may be made to Olive Branch Cemetery. Markland Funeral Home of Rising Sun, IN serving the family.
